Compare to 1 month.
Teegan is two months old! Wow, these past two months have flown by...I guess that happens with two little boys in the house! So far our littler dude has been pretty mellow and is generally pretty content except for the usual baby things. If he is fed, dry, and well rested, he is happy. Grayson has been better with his baby brother than I ever expected. He doesn't seem jealous at all. In fact, he looks for him when entering the room and he will go to Teegan's play mat and say "Kee-an, up" (which means he wants TEEGAN DOWN on the floor with him"). When we put Grayson in his crib, lately he cries a little and calls for us..."Dada, Mama, Kee-an". Oh man, that makes my heart melt.
Teegan has been sleeping well at night in his bassinet, which is connected to our bed. He will sleep 3-4 hour stretches (so much better than Grayson did at that age!!), and gets more restless at 5-6am. He is nursing well, and gaining weight like a champ. He went from 25th percentile to 75th percentile at his appointment last week. We have been giving him bottles and he is getting the hang of that too.
Teegan is recognizing and focusing on faces, smiling, and cooing. I think he's pretty delicious...but then again, I'm biased.
I return to work on Thanksgiving, and Grayson's original babysitter is still with us, and will be caring for both boys. We are lucky to have her...she is very attached to Grayson and already loves Teegan.

Pumpkin painting
It's tough to keep this little guy busy. He always seems to enjoy painting so today we finger painted with pumpkins.
Cat face
Grayson had been playing with crayons and markers, but at this point had thrown them on the floor and was playing with the plastic lid to the marker container. I wasn't really paying attention to what he was doing and when I looked up I saw this face. He must have rubbed the lid on his face. Uh, it cracked me up. I think it traumatized him to see his own face.

Couch potatoes
We don't make a habit of plopping them in front on the TV, but it was cute to see them next to each other. Brothers.
Tummy time
Teegan is practicing his tummy time and doing very well! Dada and Grayson are helping him out. He is growing up too fast!!
A very fishy Halloween
Yes, I'm guilty of dressing my tiny children up for Halloween when they have no clue about the holiday yet. How could I resist? I wanted Grayson and Teegan's costumes to relate to each other, and this is what I chose. I'm going to enjoy picking out their costumes while I can. Before I know it they will be choosing their own.
